Our DAN said that Singulair has anti inflmatory properties. So that's good for

two issues Sorry, she didn't say what it was in the Singulair that does that,

but you could look it up and then look for an OTC with the same ingredients.

I've also seen homeopathic allergy gel that you put on a q-tip and rub in their

nostrils...Target, Walmart and CVS had it

I used OLE for two years, to eliminate bacteria and to help with viruses. I

noticed as a " nice side effect " that it also eliminated seasonal allergies.

The most I gave was for my #2 he needed 3000mg 3x per day. Everyone else here

needed a lower dose.

Start with 250-500mg per day, see if that helps.

Somewhere you mentioned up to 3000mg of OLE 3 times per day. How long did you

need this dose? Did you taper it down or quit abruptly? How did you know to stop

the OLE? A year plus of zithromax has done little for the strep here. I've tried

OLE but top dose at 2000mg per day - noticed nothing. Thanks,

My #2 needed that dose, probably for about a year. I gave him OLE for two

years.

Tapered up, tapered down. It was a quick taper down tho.
