Guest guest
Syndion SF has worked wonders for my 3 year old. The first day he took it, his therapist said it was his best day ever-more alert, happier, social. He continued to do extremely well. Because of gut issues, I had to switch him from GF/CF/SF to SCD, and that made Syndion illegal, so he stopped taking it. (I had to stop all supplements the first few days, then add back SCD legal versions one at a time). I hadn't realized how much Syndion SF had helped him until he was off of it. He went back into his isolation, fog, it was so sad. I added back all other supplements (to SCD standards) but he never regained what he had lost. Before,I had thought it was the Enhansa and carnosine that had made his eye contact so good, but when I had added them back nothing changed. (He had been off syndion for 3 months) Finally, out of desparation, last week I added back the Syndion SF, and that first day I got my boy back! His teachers have commented how wonderful he has been doing, it's like a light switch came on. (I never tell them when I add or take away supplements, so I can hear their honest feedback). I wrote the company and they said they will have a powdered SCD compliant Syndion coming out in October, so I'm excited about that. Every child is different, so I don't know if everyone would react as well as my son did, as I said, I saw a huge difference from the very first day. He uses the Syndion SF, not the regular syndion, and I started him out slowly and worked up to the recommended dose. I use GSE as well, but I ALWAYS use it with OLE and NO Fenol, or else I see really negative results. When I do the combo GSE, OLE and NO Fenol, his budda belly disapears for the day. My son is 3 and I just do 3 drops of GSE (in the combination) and that seems to do it for him. - > > Has anyone found their kid goes nuts on syndion? i have also started gse (8 > drops so far a day) so it might be that too. > >
Guest guest
thank you for this very helpful email i cannot say that there is a really noticeable difference but i am also giving no more than 1ml at the moment. how does you manage to get it down your 3 year old. the taste is awful. how long did you work up to the correct amount? i also want to do gse, ole and no fenol. can they all be mixed together? ________________________________ From: mommamk40 <monica_kuretza@...> Sent: Tue, September 21, 2010 7:10:26 PM Subject: Re: syndion  Syndion SF has worked wonders for my 3 year old. Guest guest
I have an unusual way to get the supplements down my 3 year old, I mix his syndion, organic fresh pressed apple juice, ehnansa, co-10, carnosine and CLO in a bottle and I cut the nipple hole a little larger with my scissors into a big X and sneak in his room before he wakes up in the morning. He drinks the whole thing down without a problem. The apple juice seems to really mask the taste of all of the supplements. My son still takes a nap, and I do his GSE, OLE and No-Fenol the same way (I also add calcium/d, biotin and inositol)while he is still sleeping, I mix them together with apple juice in a bottle that I enlarged the nipple hole and he drinks that without a problem. From what I understand GSE has a lot of phenols, so that's why it's good to take No-Fenol with it, and you can take OLE at the same time. You are also supposed to start GSE very slowly as well, there may be a lot of die-off. Also give a good probiotic at least 2 hours after you give the GSE/OLE, No-fenol to put the good stuff back in the gut. I worked up the syndion slowly, my son is about 32 lbs, so his target dose is 1.5 teaspoons. I just started with .5 t for the first week, 1t the second week, then the whole 1.5 t the third week. I hope this helps. - > > > > Has anyone found their kid goes nuts on syndion? i have also started gse (8 > > drops so far a day) so it might be that too. > > > >
