Hello fellow listmates I could really use your take on this one.

Wanted to post a few weeks ago but was not sure till we had a better

idea how current protocol was going. Could really use all your input

on this one, pos get ideas as to what you may have seen/pattern

while doing antiviral protocol.

We have been doing OLE/ Virastop for well over 3 months now. We

started with Just OLE working up to a maintenance dose than added VS

after a few weeks. We started slowly with one cap of VS increasing

1-2 caps per day (as suggested) worked up to 3 caps slowly until we

hit about 3 caps 3x's daily.

We increased slow and steady and tried to note/ apply in a stair

step pattern. As we continued we did see some increase of yeast but

that's about it. We have noticed some little stuff. But not sure

it's been a viral response? So pretty much nothing I can say for

sure or anything that would resemble or show signs of viral response

from anything I have read. The only thing we noted was may have

been a bit more tired here and there.

So I can't say for sure that my kiddo is a responder or a viral

kiddo. Other than he does not get sick or we have yet to entertain

antiviral. I like the slow and steady approach and was trying to see

if a stair-step was noticed. I believe mentions that some may

not experience that util they hit a higher therapeutic dose around

15-20, caps She also mentions 12-15 caps in another Virastop

overview. So right now not sure as to what to do. Keep increasing to

get to that number 20 caps. (We are now up to 4 caps 3times daily)

or start reducing and note any possibly regressions?

Again till now im stumped because we haven't much of any response a

wow or anything that would resemble viral response.

Could we be missing something?

Appreciate your experience, what you may have noted as you applied

an antiviral with your kiddos

We did 3x2 caps of Virastop a day per our DAN on our very viral 4 year old for 3

months.

We didn't see any changes with it, and our DAN thought if it was going to work

on our

son, it would have done something in that time period with that dose.

We switched to Valtrex, and we have seen some changes with that.

If you are noticing increased yeast, it is likely you are addressing

viruses.

I gave OLE to my son for 5-6 months, and did not notice much [except

yeast], so I removed it and my son had a MAJOR regression.

Anti-virals here took over 4 years. Once the OLE and Virastop were

finished, my son still needed 2 years of high doses vitamin C and more

than 6 months of high dose lysine. The good news is, once those

levels were normal, no new viruses made it into his brain, and all the

old ones were gone.

I would try giving vitamin C and lysine. Keep lysine at least 2 hours

apart from OLE.
