Guest guest
Yes, we are experiencing nose bleeds intermittently too and we live in Ontario Canada, I had read a post that omega oils can cause that too. As a matter of fact my son had a severe nose bleed last night almost half and hour then it stopped and restarted again. But I think it lasted longer because he wasnt getting the attention he wanted and started to physcially force it, but it did stop. Not sure if its in relation to enzymes though. Guest guest
I experience nose bleeds to food sensitivities. My husband also. He suffered sinus congestion but I didn't. Liz D.
Guest guest
> Anyone with nose bleed experience? For my #1, giving zinc caused nosebleeds, because low copper causes nosebleeds, and zinc reduces copper. For my #2, giving fish oil without vitamin K caused nosebleeds. Guest guest
Anyone with nose bleed experience? Hi Bridget For my son, its like Dana's #1 - definitely related to zinc dose (?copper levels). Reducing the frequency of his zinc from daily to second daily solved his problem. Good luck :-)
