I am about to start my dd on enzymes next week ( we just finished our

MB12 trial) and I was debating which brand to start her on. Personally

I use Enzymedica, but would like to hear others opinions. Especially

people that have used both. Thanks. tara

I liked HNI for food issues and Enzymedica for viruses and yeast issues.

I have found that certain products work better for my kids and I think you just

need to try them to find out. I like Enzymedica's Digest or Digest Gold best,

Houston makes the No-Fenol and AFP Peptizide, I like Enzymedica's Candidase

product very much - have seen noticeable results both in myself and the kids

after taking that at night on an empty stomach - much more effect than big doses

of probiotic.

Do the Houston enzymes contain alot of probiotics too? I had a hard

time with Enzyme Digest because it just seems too much for my system

right now especially with all the probiotics.

Thanks

So far as I know, HNI enzymes do not also contain probiotics. You can

purchase probiotics separately from HNI tho.
