I use the V8 Fusion juice. It covers the taste of our liquid vitamins and it is

100% fruits and veggies.

HELP what can you mix powdered vitamins with?

The doctor has suggested a powdered multivitamin (vitaspectrum} for my 7 yr

old. It has a very strong taste. He is autistic and has down syndrome. I really

want to get some vitamins in him. So far, nothing i have mixed this with works.

Any suggestions? thnks, rose

We mix with oj and it does taste gross. We use as little as liquid as

possible. When we first started we gave a treat every time he took

it. After time we have been able to fade that prompt. Some people

use a syringe to shoot it in, but we just give it in lttle dixie cups.

We use Dr. Smoothie. It's a very thick juice that you can make smoothies out of

or you can just use a little and add the vitamins. It comes in various flavors.

Hopewell Pharmacy carries it.
