If you decide to do the test, the company will give you specific

instructions about what sups to discontinue and for how long. Anything

that could skew the results like enzymes and probiotics. I don't

remember all the specifics.

You need to stop all enzymes, probiotics, anti-fungals, and anti-

inflammatories for at least 3 days. We're going to be doing this over

the Xmas vacation.
