Guest guest
Did you have a lot of die-off reactions? I went grain and sugar-free for 3 weeks and am having a hard time. My kids are doing much better than me, so I know my yeast problem is much worse than theirs. The fatigue is awful, and if I don't take it easy then my stomach cramping and anxiety starts up. What did you all do to get through the die-off? It's been a couple of weeks already and all my family thinks I'm damaging myself and my husband is tired of seeing me " act " like I'm so tired and unable to do normal everyday things. I'm taking 750 mg Vit C and 5000mcg biotin, 2 1/2 scoops Natural Calm and only 5 CFU probiotics right now and a multivitamin daily. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Guest guest
Sorry, forgot to add... I'm taking 2 Trienza with each meal as well. Thanks, Anani > > > > We did well with giving Candex every night and doing Brainchild Nutritional's yeast protocol. This is a rotation of Oregon Grape, Biocidin, Kyolic Garlic and Pau d'Arco. For me personally, if I tried to control yeast with only probiotics, I would feel really bad, like you describe above. If I used GSE, I had no problems. Maybe try an active yeast killer, see if that helps. Dana
