wetting pants during school only

Hi

I have a 12 yr old son with autism and he has been wetting his pants since the

beginning of school at least 3 times a day. He does not have an accident at

home or in the community. He also does not eat most of his lunch at school and

I believe he is in a flight or fight type of feeling most of his day at school.

Could he have a physiological problem like yeast if it is only during school

hours? He also starts laughing uncontrollably usually before he has an

accident.
