Guest guest Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 Phenols are found in just about every food but there are high phenol foods such as tomatos, apples, and chocolate and almonds. If you do a google search you'll get the info on their functions (and I'm sure others on this board know more than I do too) Some people are sensetive to phenols.
