It deals with our diets and goes into other diseases such as diabetes and MS etc. It talks about eating only plant foods and no oils or animal products. We have been doing this diet for about 3 mths now and our Autistic son is beginning to talk. I really believe in it as we have gotten off all supplements except vitamins and I have seen more results not only in our son but ourselves through this diet than I have ever seen with supplements.
