Guest guest
Ok, per someone on this group I contacted at Houston Enzymes and she was very helpful. She did say salycilate wouldn't be in the enzymes so, maybe I misunderstood what you all were talking about in regards to salycilates. She, , can't understand why the red cheeks...just that he may be sensitive to something in the Kirkman's multi product. So, I stopped Kirkman's and started AFP-Peptizide (sp?) and his behavior is better but he's still getting the red cheeks...just not as bad. So, anyone had this experience?? I started the Diflucan and am not seeing any results...such as yeast die off in his poop. So, what does this mean...he isn't yeasty? I also started Kirkman's Zinc supplements. But he still chews on the blankets here and there...not as much. I have another question about his poop color. With the Kirkman's his poop was nice brown color. Now its very dark brown, almost black. Could this be from the Zinc, Diflucan, or the AFP enzyme?? Thanks for all your help!!!! > > 6. Can someone elaborate on salycilate sensitivities? If the chewing is reduced, you can try increasing the zinc, depending on how much you are already giving. At my house, chewing was caused by food intolerance and yeast overgrowth.
