I've been getting the weird bumps on my fingers for 10 yrs now. The itch REALLY

bad, I usually end up popping the tiny blisters by rubbing/itching my fingers.

I've noticed now they've started to come on my palm area recently, the weird

part is the VERY first time I started getting them was on my big toe, they

mysteriously they moved to my fingers, first pinky then so on. They start off

itchy then hurt then the skin cracks, bleeds, completly peels off and by that

time they've started on another finger or hand. It's non stop for the most part,

I've always got a band-aide on a finger as they embarrass. I do think they're

stress related. I've tried EVERY cream/ointment from the dermitologist and

absolutely nothing topicaly works.

If anyone has an idea how to stop these little buggers I'd greatly appreciate

any suggestions.

Thank you,

Do you do a gluten free diet?  Do you have gut issues?  Reason I ask is I

started getting these only after starting to have gut issues.  After going on a

paleo-type diet (almost no grains, dairy) and taking probiotics I don't really

get those bumps anymore.  I only seem to get a couple in late spring and then

nothing for the rest of the year.
