Guest guest
Hi there, Yep, you can give him both if you want. Always remember starting with a " low and slow " dosage. If he's taken enzymes before then adding in a different enzyme most likely will be no problem but just in case I would recommend starting low and slow, in the beginning giving him a little bit of a capsule a few times a day for a few days and then increasing the dosage maybe to a full capsule a few times a day and so on. Everyone is different and there really isn't one solid way of doing it, but this way if he has a sensitive stomach the " low and slow " method will help towards not getting nausea and so on until his body fully can tolerate the new enzymes. Sometimes protease specifically, if have never been taken before, can cause nausea or die-off reaction, but not everyone has this. Either way, giving him a little bit at a time and gradually increasing will help this entirely. HTH!
