Guest guest
Hi, Could anyone help me with my son's lab test results (blood tests). He is 4 YO, weighs 34lb. Thyroid TSH (by CMIA) - 1.47 uIU/ml 1.47mIU/L T3 (by CMIA) - 135ng/dL (ref 74-141) 2.07nmol/L (ref 1.13-2.16) T4 (by CMIA) - 7.2ug/dL (ref 5.0-10.10) 92.7nmol/L (ref 64.4-129.9) (1) His T3 is on the high end of ref range, is there anything I need to be concerned about? (2) His creatinine level is outside of range. What does it indicate? creatinine - 0.37mg/dL (ref 0.4-1.2) 33umol/L (ref 35-106) (3) his neutrophil level on his WBC and differentials is elevated (see below). What does it mean and should I be worried? WBC Count - 10.6K/uL (ref 4.0-15) neutrophils - 6.4K/uL (ref 1.5-8) 60% (ref 7-40%) Lymphocytes - 3.4K/uL (ref 2.0-8.5)32% (ref 30-60%) monocytes - 0.4 K/uL (ref up to 1.5) 4% (ref up to 13% ) eosinophils - 0.1 K/uL (ref up to 0.8) 1% (ref up to 5%) basophils- 0.0 K/uL (ref up to o.5) 0% (ref up to 3% ) Many thanks for any input.
