Guest guest
Hi Dana Enzymedica makes 2 great products for inflamation. They are Repair Gold and Serra Gold. Repair Gold is recommended to help speed the recovery of sore muscles due to overexertion or damage. SerraGold is recommended for those that suffer from discomfort, swelling and stiffness. Both may be taken together in severe cases. Repair Gold has the bromelain and papain you were asking about. Serra Gold does not. If you would like a sample of these products just let me know. Feel free to ask me any questions. I give my boys Tri Enza by Houston with their meals. This does not have papain and bromelain. Now I want to start with enzymes on empty stomach to help with inflammation. > > Please advise on best brand and dosage specifically to help with inflammation. > > Thanks, > > > Dana > and Garrett, just turned 4, SCD 2 years > Celiac, ASD, Speech and Motor Apraxia, sensory processing disorder > > >
Guest guest
Hi Alessandra, I wanted to ask you something about " Repair Gold " . I have been struggling wiht my boy for quite some time regarding " low muscle tone " . I have been giving - on advise of my DAN - different things (carnitine, CLO,...). Chelating was not necessary, perhaps it would be a lack in some neurotransmitters. He is 12 years old and still has trouble to carry his bookcase to school, lifting something heavy from the ground, riding a bike, he is always complaining about " it's too heavy and so on... " Do you think dat Repair Gold could help fixing this problem because it has become somewhat embarrasing for a boy of his age ? Guest guest
Hi Ann In my experience with other consumers, if it was weakness from an injury I would say yes, Repair Gold would be a good choice. But from your description in the email it sounds more like you think the muscles are not developing properly. Muscle contraction in itself relies on protein and various minerals. A digestive enzyme to ensure proper digestion of food may be a better choice. DigestGold is the most potent one on the market. Just in case u haven't seen any benefits with your current enzymes. Diet to ensure proper nutrition & regular mild exercise with proper supervision also seem to help. Well I hope this information helps!
