Guest guest Posted March 16, 2009 Report Share Posted March 16, 2009 go to the supermaket and buy one Large container of PLAIN Yogurt (Dannon; Stonyfield Farms etc. then buy one or two SMALL containers of Fruit flavored Berry yogurt Pour the Plain Yogurt into a ceramic bowl; add one or two small flavored Yogurts; mix the large plain Yogurt with the one or two small berry flavored yogrut; then put the Yogurt back into their containers You have a Plain Yogurt lightly flavored with a bit of Berry Yogurt; much less sugar then eating individual flavored Youguts; OR add any of these to Plain Yogurt Cinnamon Nutmeg allspice with banans or apples; unsweetned cocoa can be added Yogurt.
