DD has PANDAS related anorexia - HELP

My 10 yr old daughter, has anorexia related to her PANDAS. Has anyone ever had

this happen to their child?

I want to add butter and cream back into her SCDish diet. Do they contain

casein? Everyone has a different opinion. I cannot do a yogurt starter because

of the s. therm probiotic. It just aggravates her PANDAS.

I need to put weight on her quickly, and cream is the only thing I could think

of.
