Guest guest
I used to give GSE on an empty stomach then learned most people give it with food, so I guess either is fine. For probiotics we do them on an empty stomach right before bed for maximum effect. I asked about taking them with enzymes and it was recommended not to do it. You don't want the charcoal to absorb the supplements you are giving, you want your body to absorb them. Charcoal is given to absorb yeast that has died off, to reduce the die-off effects. It can be given 45 min - 1 hour post antifungals, like the GSE. I only ever gave it if I saw regression symptoms from die-off. Guest guest
What is GSE and all these acronyms. Us newbies could use a list of what all this stuff means. I have been trying to email the group questions, and my emails keep coming back undeliverable. Hope this one goes thru. Jen > > > I will be starting GSE with my 2 yr old tomorrow. Guest guest
My son needs No-fenol with GSE to tolerate it. I give it both with or before a meal. usually just a matter if I get a chance to give it before the meal or not. My NT daughter with yeast issues will only take GSE in her chocolate rice milk. Houston's says their enzymes are fine to take at the same time as probiotics. > From: mywonderbaby <mywonderbaby@...> > Subject: Crosspost: Need help with giving GSE > > Date: Monday, December 29, 2008, 4:42 PM > I will be starting GSE with my 2 yr old tomorrow.
