Most of what you are doing, both here and above, tend to increase yeast, and probiotics alone would not usually be able to control it. Guest guest
Should I add biotin? I did see the black specks in his poop and he hasn't been eating anything black. I'm hoping he is on the mend, but I'll definately add to the protocol. I hate to fiddle with his diet too much more. He is down to next to nothing for fun foods. I do make him popcorn almost every day after school is that horrible? He eats alot of fruit. Mostly bananna's, but some pears and an apple hear and there. Is that horrible? He has a mold allergy and it limits us horribly. Thanks for your help. > > He had trouble falling asleep for the first week. Guest guest
I don't think I mentioned that I give him no fenol with snacks and tri enza with meals. should I try and give him the GSE. He is phenol sensitive, but I think he can tolerate quite a bit of fenols. It's when I start giving him fruit salad type stuff several times a day and he eats too many apples that we have a problem. So maybe he could tolerate some gse. Should I start him on some really slow? I know I'm a pain in the neck because you have all these great files to read, but I still look at them and don't know what to do. Thanks, Shirley > > > He had trouble falling asleep for the first week. Biotin was one of my son's " wonder supps " , so I would definitely recommend trying it. > I do make him popcorn almost every day after school is that > horrible? Not unless he is intolerant to corn. > He eats alot of fruit. Mostly bananna's, but some pears and an apple > hear and there. Is that horrible? They will tend to increase yeast, and the apple is high phenol. I would not call it " horrible " . Do you give the fruit with No-Fenol enzyme? You can try that. Start with one drop. Dana
