After being gfcf for 2 years, we challenged my son with wheat (Amy's alphabet

soup) on Sunday. We gave him 3 AFP Peptizyde chewables with water abour 10

minutes before the infraction.

Within 1.5-2 hours after the infraction he was exhibiting pre-diet behaviors:

whispering to self, gibberish, unresponsive to questions, visually stimming. It

was very clearly related to the wheat, as he has not had these behaviors for a

very long time.

I am planning on doing another challenge soon with the same exact food. This

time, I am planning on giving him 2 GlutenEase 15 minutes before the infraction.

Has anyone experienced GlutenEase working for their child when AFP chewable has

not?

(We also do supplements, some Cutler chelation, but everything has been stable

prior to the dietary infraction.)

Any insight appreciated!

Daphne
