Hi,

I know that if you take SSRI medications you are not supposed to use

GSE because it does something to the way the liver metabolizes the

meds. But, what about Coconut oil? It seems when I put coconut oil on

my waffle in the AM then take my Paxil, I feel awesome but sometimes

to happy with out a care in the world. Although this might seem great

it is not because then I start not being able to concentrate and

acting slightly manic. I know coconut oil can help speed up

metabolism. Can it effect the way I am metabolizing the Paxil in a bad

way? When I use the coconut oil I seem to need way less Paxil. Also my

hair looks great and so does my skin. I had my thyroid levels checked

to make sure that it wasn't being effected and the levels were normal.

So was kidney function. But this Darn UTI feels like it is going to

come back again. Can this be from to much yeast dying off from the

caprillic acid in the coconut oil? Does anyone else use coconut oil

for Hashimoto's Thyroiditis or yeast overgrowth? Can yeast overgrowth

cause a UTI? Thanks for any help,

Wanda
