Guest guest
Hi listers, I have a 10 year old son on the spectrum that is exhibiting yeasty behaviors - anxiety, verbal stimming, just learned about peeling toes etc. Which yeast protocol would be best for him given: that he has a phenol problem, can't swallow capsules, just found out he has an oxalate issue, and if he has to drink more than one swallow of something that doesn't taste right, he won't do it. Biotin Grape See Extract Oil of Oregano Candidase Yeast Aid from Kirkmans Three Lac? I've been giving him the houstons trio including the no phenol, which is supposed to help yeast, but I think I need to add something different. Also, do you always add a probiotic when using yeast treatment? Thanks Missy missyjroyhotmail (DOT)

Of this list, grape seed extract is NOT an anti-fungal, you want grapefruit seed extract [GSE]. The GSE and oil of oregano are high phenol, so give those with No-Fenol enzyme if you choose those. Biotin and magnesium would be a good choice. So would Candidase enzyme. > I've been giving him the houstons trio including the no phenol, which > is supposed to help yeast, but I think I need to add something > different. Give the No-Fenol enzyme on an empty stomach for yeast control. > Also, do you always add a probiotic when using yeast treatment? My son did not tolerate probiotics, so I gave biotin instead.
