YOu can use the no flush niacin, we used Twin lab, no flush is best for

children. I ventured and used the regular niacin fr myself. with the

flush and after a few days, I didn't experience the flush anymore...

We started with a 300- 500 mg capsule twice a day, (opened and stirred into

juice cup with lide and straw-so she didn't see it) and added the zinc

boost liquid which is the the zinc/b-6 combo along with some magnesium,

50 mg 3 times a day when we give the zinc boost....
