Guest guest
Hi Dana Just wanted to ask if there was a certain lysine that you recommend I have seem that you can buy lysine and vit C in one combined cap, would you recommend that? My son is a yeasty, viral kid and seems to be sick every other week this past week has been really bad with his sinuses and ears. I am going to see and ENT specialist because his ears are so impacted with wax that the doctors can't even see if he does have an ear infection and the stuff, yellow/cream coloured coming out of his nose like a tap. We also got and xray of his adenoids to see if that's a problem. It has been a really bad week for him and it happens all the time so I am trying to boost his immune system. He is just turning three in December and every time he gets sick we get a regression then he gets better and then we work our way back and then Wham sick again. Any advice would be great. Guest guest
> Hi Dana > Just wanted to ask if there was a certain lysine that you recommend I use Henry's brand, it has the fewest additives and fillers. Just browse until you find one without additives and fillers. >>I have seem that you can buy lysine and vit C in one combined cap, would you recommend that? I don't like multiples, because then I can't adjust the doses. >>My son is a yeasty, viral kid and seems to be sick every other week this past week has been really bad with his sinuses and ears. Sinuses and ears, at my house, meant yeast. Vitamin C and lysine are very good to address viruses, so you can definitely consider giving them. Just remember that viral die off tends to cause a lot of yeast. > I am going to see and ENT specialist because his ears are so impacted with wax This meant mitochondrial dysfunction at my house. I had to give all fats with mito cocktail for several years, otherwise eating fat caused excessive ear wax and other problems.
