Help! Need your knowledge my son has virus or influenza :(

Hello,

my son with autism is three years has or influenza or virus, now he is

in his 3days of cough (a lot) and his second day of fever. What can I

give for cough?

what can I give to suppress cough? he is coughing too much, is there a

herb or something that helps?

I am already using warm humidifier with eucalyptus oil and honey

I cannot give vit A or C because his stomach is upset with so much

coughing I don't think he can resist it
