She's been chelating for quite a while (41 rounds of AC chelation) and I want to try just giving enzymes. I need some input on the best enzymes for digesting gluten. I'm thinking of going with Trienza, but if there is a better one out there I want to know! My son left gfcf with HNI AFP Peptizyde, so using TriEnza would definitely be something to consider. Guest guest
Check out this website, http://www.enzymestuff.com/offdiet.htm it has a ton of great experiences from different families who have done what you're trying to do and they say what enzyme best helped them. Every family is different and different enzymes may help with different children, as you'll see from the experiences. But if nothing else, it'll be really encouraging to you to see it has worked with tons of other people! Hope this helps you out... Guest guest
Good luck! I hope it works for you... after a lot of reading we decided to go with Trienza, and we LOVE it! It has been the single most effective thing we've tried! > > > > I am once again trying my daughter on regular foods. Guest guest
we never really did the diet thing but try best not to have dairy we use started with kirkman complete with isogest and moved on to trienza and peptizide from hni now we use mostly peptizide yes this was really big deal for us give before every meal / snack number of caps is proportional to amount of food if its pizza for example i give 2 for 2 slices if its 3 slices i give 3 caps the does is by food amount not by weight of child remember the active ingrediant is dppiv and you need two trienzia s to add up to the dppiv amount contained in 1 peptizide , but of course trienza has several enzymes that help with phenols etc.
Guest guest
Yes, before every meal and snack, preferably 20 or so minutes before, but even if you forget to do it beforehand, go ahead and give it with the food. I try to give probiotics & vitamins at different times (usually at night) but I haven't read anything that says you can't do it at the same time, I'm not sure if it would matter.
