What is the best enzyme for going off the GFCF diet?

I am once again trying my daughter on regular foods. She's been chelating for

quite a while (41 rounds of AC chelation) and I want to try just giving enzymes.

I need some input on the best enzymes for digesting gluten. I'm thinking of

going with Trienza, but if there is a better one out there I want to know!
