How many milligrams do you take?

What brand do you use?

The dosage seems to vary quite a bit from brand to brand.

I just bought some by Nature's Plus last night but it's only 250mg per dose.

When looking at other brands on the net I'm seeing some that are 500mg, 800mg

etc...

I would love to try something natural but this morning when we woke up we all

had particularly bad allergies. Just took another dose.

We use Whole Foods 500mg Quercitin w/Bromelein capsules that I empty into juice.

Vitacost.com has some good brands as well. We look for the least amount of

additives.
