Guest guest
Hi Alison The type of paraben used is significant. According to the Environmental Working Group's (cosmetic data) site, the personal risk of applying parabens are as listed below - 0 - 2 = low hazard; 3 - 6 = moderate hazard; and 7 - 10 = high hazard 1. PARABEN 9 2. BUTYLPARABEN 6 3. METHYLPARABEN 6 4. UNDECYLENOYL PEG 5 PARABEN 6 5. ETHYLPARABEN 5 6. PROPYLPARABEN 5 7. SODIUM METHYLPARABEN 4 8. SODIUM PROPYLPARABEN 4 9. ISOPROPYLPARABEN 3 10. All companies say (including the vaccines) that such a small amount of xyz is used, that it can't hurt . .. . but I figure 1 cigarette won't kill anyone either! It's when you get exposed to something over and over that cumulative effects do occur . . . and cause harm. Check and and then decide Good luck >I have contacted kirkman and the parabens used for preservatives are only 0.3% so I am tempted to try it - just wondered how others had found it.
