Guest guest
Does anyone have any experience with products like " Interfase " from Klaire or other agent which breakdown unwanted microorganisms in the gut? I think the Enzymedica's Virastop may be similar. What is the proper order or protocol to deliver these (which are recommended on an empty stomach), along with agents like OOO/GSE and probiotics. My son is doing much better since I have been giving him 1 drop of Oil Of Oregano and 3 drops of GSE in a capsule3-4 times a week. Usually in the afternoon. We give Enzymedica Digest Gold with all meals. I use a probiotic (usually Probiotic Pearls/BioBeads or Culturelle) either first thing in the morning or before bed. Is this the proper order? Do agents like OOO & GSE kill of the vital bacteria in the probiotics? Do you need to stop or back off on " killing " agents like OOO & GSE before starting heavy duty probiotics? Do the enzymes breakdown the probiotics before they reach the intestine? What do you do if your child's stomach is never truly " empty " ? I know these are a lot of questions, but any hel, advice or pointing in the right direction would be very welcome. All these things can get very confusing as well as very expensive (especially if you believe in the manufacturer's claims/advertising). Thanks!!! Guest guest
Do the enzymes breakdown the probiotics before they reach the intestine? YES, they are protein. that's why powder is best so give between meals so they " may " slide thru. or if your are having immediate problems , like c diff, make a slurry and place rectally. linda rn Enzymes which disrupt biofilms, OOO, GSE & probiotic protocol...help. Guest guest
> Is this the proper order? Do agents like OOO & GSE kill of the vital > bacteria in the probiotics? They can. Give them at least 2 hours apart from the probiotics. You can try using biotin instead, that might work better for you. > Do the enzymes breakdown the probiotics before they reach the intestine? Certain enzymes can, so check with your enzyme supplier. > What do you do if your child's stomach is never truly " empty " ? Give them just after waking up, and just before going to bed. But in general, 30 minutes before eating and 1-1/2 hours after eating are okay. Dana
