The Yeast begin to die off ina few days if the GSE is effective;

The way to tell of Yeat die-off is: Notice a thick film of white on

tongue or on stools; this is a sign of Yeast and Yeast die off...

If the GSE causes stomach upset; then do not add charcoal; then would

only exacerbate the tummy upset;

Getting rid of Yeast is best done with supplements and LOW SUGAR diet.

Yes the GSE could affect her tummy in an hour; maybe the GSE is " bad;

meaning the GSE is of a poor qualtiy; GSE should not cuase tummy upset.-

You would want to give the charcoal about 30-45 minutes after the GSE.

My kids never had any die off symptoms, they just improved. At my

house, GSE started eliminating yeast within 20 minutes.

This can be die off, or it can happen if you gave the GSE on an empty

stomach. It is very strong and can upset the stomach if given when

there is no food there. It also might be a die off reaction already.

Hi Dana; thanks for the info on the Grape Seed Extract being harsh on

the tummy;

I dind't know that

so you say the GSE should be given with food?

thanks you for this extremly improtant tip; tummy upsets are not

good! (because they can diminsh a child's appetite which deplets vits.

Here, GSE means grapefruit seed extract, not grape seed extract.

Hi Anne,

Wanted to correct in case you hadn't noticed - it is grapeFRUIT seed

extract, not grape seed extract. Big difference in what they do, common

mistake to call it grape seed. Wanted to make sure it was corrected in

case anyone missed it.

GrapeFRUIT seed extract should be given with food until you determine

that it is tolerated okay. At that point, you can try giving one drop

on an empty stomach if you want, see if that works okay. But it does

tend to be rather strong for an empty stomach.

Yes; Dana; i appreciate your correction; I did mean to say;

GrapeFURIT Seed Extract; i have read what a good anti-biotic GSE is.

So would say a good protocl of Grapefruti Seed Extract would be:

1 drop in a glass of water after a meal; how many drops per day?

Would this protocol go on for months or just when a child has a sickness

> Hi Dana, Under the yeast bacteria section it says that GSE worked

great for yeast, then it says GES basically did nothing. Do you like

GSE for yeast?

GSE was wonderful for all yeast except the yeast caused by Lauricidin,

which was so bad I eventually had to stop the Lauricidin and use OLE

and Virastop, plus vitamin C and lysine. That combination was

wonderful as anti-viral, and I was able to keep yeast under control

with GSE and biotin.

>> My son has been on Digest Gold Enzyme and ProBio Gold probiotic

and he has yeast and bacteria issues, what should I add in next?

Try biotin. If the yeast is really bad, try GSE.

In my experience, GSE did not affect bacteria at all, so I would not

call it an antibiotic. It was great for yeast tho.

You can do this, see if it works for you. I have taken much more than

3 drops per day.

> Would this protocol go on for months or just when a child has a sickness

Depends. Many of the supplements [and foods] our kids need, tend to

cause yeast overgrowth. I had to give GSE every day for over 4 years,

during chelation and anti-viral protocols, because both of those

protocols tend to increase yeast.

But if I gave GSE when there was no yeast, it tended to create a bad

bacteria problem.

I would start with one drop in the morning. Putting it into an empty

capsule works really well. It will mix into lemonade or orange juice

or something like that.

Sometimes it is difficult to tell. If he has phenol issues, give the

GSE with No-Fenol enzyme, see if that helps.
