Depends on the type of Corn you refer to; for example; Refined Corn Meal is bad;

but Whole Corn Meal is high in Leutin; Corn Syrup is bad; but Whole steamed Corn

with butter helps the eyesight;point is;

I do not recommend withdrawing any food " cold turkey; always gradually

and be sure to understand this: refined foods are oftne not nutritous

I will explain the Corn Niacin Vit.B3 Serotonin connection another day

had been ingesting corn from many sources throughout the day. During those 3

days he became even more aggressive than usual.

Peptizyde. During the corn-free weekend, he was getting more gluten than usual,

but with enzymes.
