Guest guest Posted September 5, 2009 Report Share Posted September 5, 2009 Depends on the type of Corn you refer to; for example; Refined Corn Meal is bad; but Whole Corn Meal is high in Leutin; Corn Syrup is bad; but Whole steamed Corn with butter helps the eyesight;point is; I do not recommend withdrawing any food " cold turkey; always gradually and be sure to understand this: refined foods are oftne not nutritous I will explain the Corn Niacin Vit.B3 Serotonin connection another day > > My friend recently tried removing all corn from her son's diet for 3 days.
