Hi Dana and All,

I saw your archive about B50 with B1, B2, B6, B12.

Which brands you used for allof these.

50 mg of each right?

I am trying to customize his vitamins and don't want toput on the kirkman one.

B50 is a multi. I used Henry's brand. You can use other brands, just check the

ingredients.

B1, B2 I have used NOW brand.

I don't remember what I used for B6, probably Henry's brand.

B12 I used mB12 from Jarrow.

The B50 is 50mg of B1, B2, B6. The B12 is 50mcg. My son needed more than B50,

but this was a good start for him.

Henry's is a store brand for a local health food store here in CA. Go to your

local health food store and read labels. Choose one with the fewest additives

and fillers.
