Guest guest
Can anyone recommend which enzymes to take for the flu and cough. I'm considering using Mucostop to help stop a cough. I also noticed that i coughed more after having an orange, that must be from the amines building up now that i am taking enzymes.
Guest guest
I always take Enzymedica's Virastop when I am sick. It helps support the immmune system. It's been talked a lot about in this group, so it comes highly recommended by others. We usually take 4-5 capsules every 4 hours when someone here starts to get ill. That typically reduces the illness by 50%: lasts half as long as is half as severe. I have been known to take more capsules for even quicker relief (and shorter duration) because I just don't like to take time off being sick. MucoStop is for immediate relief, breakdown of congestion. Think of like you use sudafed, only the enzymes do not overdry your nasal passaged and work fast. . Guest guest
My son had a cold last week and it occurred to me to use Virastop (which we keep on hand; used 4 tablets on empty stomach/twice daily) and within 2 days it was almost gone. I am thrilled to have found such a non-chemical way to treat a cold! sally > > > > Can anyone recommend which enzymes to take for the flu and cough.
