I get canker sores every time I eat strawberries (like 5 sores to 1 strawberry) and then I also periodically get one or two without reason. The sores I got on the insides of my cheeks were smooth, flat, and white, and eliminated with lysine. The cankers were wart-like, white and raised, and were only on my tongue. It sounds like you have cankers in more areas than just your tongue. [And they hurt too!] Are you taking any supplements yourself? I eliminated this problem with certain supplements, altho I am also chelating, so ALA may be contributing to this issue. However, if I miss a few of my supps, my cankers will come back, so I know it is mostly the supps and not so much the ALA. Dana

Guest guest
Hi, Another thing to look at is any oral care products you are using. I know Aqua Fresh and some other brands may actually cause problems instead of clearing them up, depending on your body's chemistry and sensitivity. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Hi Dana, I just started GSE (Friday) with the disasterous dropper straight to the tongue! Other than that, my supps are: biothyro, calcium, magnesium, B-1, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Liver Vitality, CLO and biotin. I also get canker sores if I eat too many fruits & veggies (other than greens) without eating carbs. Weird, I know. What do you think? Weird, I know. At my house, canker sores were caused by eating foods not tolerated. I figured out what supplements I needed to eat those foods, and then I was able to eat them without problems. Not sure what you are asking. Do you know exactly which fruits/veggies cause this? Dana
