I've been taking Malic Acid for the last few weeks and it seems to

help a bit. Not sure if this is strong enough for that member's

needs, though.

There's also something called " Tramaden " I've been thinking about

trying. Heard a lot of good things about it. Find it through a

Google.com search.

DLPA helps, too.

Dee, re pain meds when taking LDN, not sure if I have the spelling right here but an epilepsy drug - Gabopentin was given to me for pain, also 10mgs of amitriptyline on a night helped...... My GP also said don't wait for pain to break through, but to take such as paracetamol 4 hourly.....

Cheers

Celia

Do some research on over-the-counter Tramaden, a serious pain

medication my doctor has recommended for some of his patients. All

natural ingrediets. It's quite expensive though.

If his pain meds are opiate based (vicoden, percacet, etc) then the

answer is yes. Completely off, which means approx 2 weeks of no drugs

on board. I stopped taking all of mine almost 2 weeks ago in prep for

starting LDN myself. If he is taking tylenol or ibuprofen then as far

as I know he can contunue taking those. Good luck!

withdraw symptoms.
