Be sure to give the lysine and OLE at least 2 hours apart.

How is the yeast overgrowth? You don't have yeast control here.

The C and the lysine both caused rash here, so you can increase one or

both of those, depending on which one is pulling out viruses right now

that are causing rash.

Hi Dana,

For yeast we are giving Biotin 10,000 mcg 2x a day (btw is this okay to give

when I am giving the antivirals? - I really need to get a book that says

what you can take with what!), probiotics at bedtime. We were giving GSE

and it caused irregular heart beat, I just got NOW's Candida Clear yesterday

so I will try that. It's hard to find Candida stuff without GSE.

Can I double the dose of Lysine to 1000mg 1xday, that would be easiest to

administer...

It was *required* when I was giving anti-virals. I had to give 20mg

3x per day [20,000mcg].

Or 500mg 2x per day. You can try that, altho watch for more yeast.
