What are some of the fruits and vegetables to avoid? I have some info here http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm Biotin and GSE worked best here. > 2. Any supplements to avoid? At my house, almost all supplements that helped my son, caused yeast. So I don't know that I would recommend avoiding supps that increase yeast. > 3. What kind of poop to expect? Depends > 4. Should I use activated charcoal after every dosage of yeast protocol? Depends. I would not use charcoal unless the die off symptoms are uncomfortable or cause major behavior issues. > 5. DS behavior is really out of hand...ok we also have had Christmas in the mix so that didn't help. but it did pick some up... but not sure if I should tough it out try the charcoal. amy
Guest guest
> What are the 'risks' of charcoal? It can cause nutritional deficiencies because it absorbs almost everything, including the nutrition from foods and supplements. So it is not recommended to give it every day, and definitely give it at least 2 hours apart from everything except the anti-fungal.
