DS is pretty much sensitive to any foods above low on the phenol list. Until I corrected my son's phenol issues, I had to give all his supplements with No-Fenol enzyme. Most commercial vitamin C is made from corn. Does your child tolerate corn? Mine didn't, so I had to start with a non-corn vitamin C. Vitamin C can also increase yeast, if it is pulling out viruses.
