spilling too much?

I folded a piece of paper in half, and then creased it. Then put the powder on

the paper and slide it down the crease into the capsule.

If you are doing many capsules w several ingredients, you can build a 'hill' on

wax paper and push capsule straight down into it until it is filled; scoop a bit

in the small end and close it up. For a smaller amt, Dana's system works well.

Beth,

If they're the kind of supplements that can be mixed with food you could always

just mix them with your food and/or drinks. I do that and the kids don't seem to

notice.

Thank you! I feel silly (stupid actually, lol!) reading your replies, I spent

more than an hour googling it the other day! I should have just known to come

to my listmates who are the smartest people on the planet:)! Beth
