Guest guest
Vitamin C is a natural antihistamine which is why I started to use it. My boys were on four types of allergy medications and I was able to take them off of every single one when I introduced Vitamin C. Now I plan to up the dose and use it for its antiviral properties. Thanks for the warning that it can flare the yeast. Guest guest
Dana, I have buffered sodium ascorbate vitamin C. Is that a good form to use? Should I give it on empty stomach with all the other antivirals? And if I do, do I also need to give Acetyl L carntine for proper absorbption? Just trying to decide if I should up their dose and change when I give it. Vitamin C eliminates viruses. At my house, my son needed two years of very-high dose vitamin C to eliminate certain viruses that were resident in his brain. During this time, the vitamin C caused a LOT of yeast overgrowth here. Dana
