My son had PANDAS.  What should I be doing for him?

Some kids are " strep " kids. They have a strep issue, altho not

usually in the throat. It is usually in the blood or in other areas

of the body besides the throat.

The term " strep " refers to the shape of the bacteria. There are

several different bacteria that have that shape, some of them bad and

some of them good. However, for strep kids, their bodies apparently

see all strep bacteria as bad, even if they are the good strains.

For some kids, they will have a flair of their strep issue. Other

kids develop PANDAS, which is a strep issue, usually seen as increased

OCD and other problems.
