Guest guest
I just got my son;s Alletess IGG food sensitivity test back, as follows: +2's - Egg yolk - Guava Fruit - mushroom -peanut - oyster +1's - Asparagus - kidney bean - brocolli - cabbage - antaloupe - carrot - casein - cauliflower - coconut - coffe -cucumber - egg white - eggplant - lettuce - lobster - olive (green) - pork -rice -tuna -vanilla bean -watercress spinach - wheat - woo long tea - yogurt WE did the 98 food items and he does not have any zero on any item. I have been giving him rice milk and some form of rice product everyday so no surprise that rice came out too. Can someone help me with how to go about the rotation diet? Am I suppose to remove all those +2 items? How do I rotate the +1 items? Since my son does not score any 0, does that mean any food he eats still needs to be rotated? Many thanks
