Friend in NJ needs quarantine info and help!

Actually, a friend of a friend. She lives in New Jersey. Her baby is very sick

and in the hospital, possibly with pertussis. The baby is not vaxed (they have

a medical waiver, the mom has extremely severe asthma and allergies). The mom

and the baby are quarantined together in the hospital while it is determined if

it is pertussis or not (first test came back negative, I think it was a swab,

now they are testing for antibodies). Anyway, the mom is stuck in the hospital

without access to a computer. She needs to know what rights her family has in

regards to quarantine. She has 3 older children, two of whom are in school, and

I think those kids are going to be barred from going to school if the baby has

pertussis? Not sure if the older kids are vaxed. Also, I am betting that this

family is catching hell in regards to the vaxing decision.

Does anyone know of an advocate or organization who might be able to help, or

website with info that I could read her over the phone or anything? No one in

her family is on the autism spectrum, so she has no connections with that

community.
