Guest guest
Hi Sharon, People seem to be giving them at opposites ends of a meal, although right now I can't remember which one first! ;-( Abigail Probiotics & Enzymes Hi,In the forum postings that Tina posted both Drs stated that you shouldn't give enzymes & probiotics at the same time - does anyone know what the distance apart should be?Thanks Sharon

I generally avoid giving them with the Colsotrum but I dose that at night anyway to get the empty stomach, I do put probiotics in with the Colostrum. Many feel that taking the enzymes with the supplements help their absorption especially those with damaged guts Mandi

But I don;t wnat to take any chances, Probios are expensive so I give them at different time. If you have probios that need to be given with food (mine are empty stomach ones) then give the enzymes at the beginning of the meal and the probios at the end - voila! Guest guest
Would some of you be able to tell me which probiotics you use and enzymes. I've been doing some research and I think I may need to switch my regime up a little here. Just wanted to narrow down my options with what you all find work for you. Thanks!
