Guest guest
Hi, I joined this list recently and was wondering if someone had a input on this: We have been using enzymes with meals for a year (kirkman Enzyme Complete). Twice last year, I tried giving a capsule of those enzymes on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for a few days. Both times I saw the same thing: dark green mass looking like boiled spinach coming out in stools, sometimes just a little bit mixed with stools, sometimes a pile of it alone. In addition, my son had pimples on his bottom and thighs looking like acne, lasting 2-3 days, plus a week or two for the scars to disappear. The same thing happened when we added Creon a few months ago, even though we only give Creon with meals. Has someone seen something like that, or has an idea what that strange green stuff could be? I can also add that we have been on antifungal for a year. At the time I tried the enzymes on an empty stomach, I timed it so as to give the antifungals half an hour after the enzymes (ketoconazole and GSE). I am wondering if that green mass could maybe be a fungal mass that gets killed or 'up-rooted' by the enzymes, then eliminated in stools. Maybe the pimples are toxins or spores coming out at the same time than the fungus dead body? That green thing does not have an odor. Another clue is that during these days, my son also has die- off symptoms especially screaming while hodling his ears and screaming for it to stop. His sound sensitivites get worse when he has a yeast overgrowth so I am thinking that the ear issue could be die-off? Both times I got frightened by the intensity of the reaction so I have discontinued enzymes on an empty stomach. I did not think that this green stuff could be a fungus until a few days ago I read a document on some strains of aspergillus being green. Thanks, Karin

Giving enzymes on an empty stomach does tend to clear out accumulated " gunk " in the system, so might be that also. Dana
