Hi,

Here is a research paper done by my son's doctor at the Pfeiffer

Treatment Center. It will help explain what is happening. There is a

lot of cross over btwn those with bi polar, Schizophrenia and autism.

Bottom line is that it can be from many things including toxic

overload. (a common link)

My son has ASD. My brother has schizophrenia and my grandfather had

schizophrenia. My brother has issues with his eyes like my son,

social issues, issues with too many people talking at once, etc. So,

I think the sensory part sounds familiar and maybe his eyes have

been damaged by the metals in his system. The difference I think

lies in the paranoia. My brother has lots of paranoia, or at least

he used to. He's so up and down. He also hears voices and is out of

touch with reality..sometimes more than others. When he was younger,

he twirled his hair excessively, had a horrible temper and liked to

drink/do drugs. He was more ADHD than ASD. Schizophrenia tends to

happen in your early to mid 20's.
