Hi,

I often see tiny strings in my daughter's stool.

Initially I thought it might be some parasits or something. Then I

check her stool, it is part of spinach. Every 3 meal, she takes one

Enzyme Complete. She is well build and I am not sure if she still needs

to take Enzyme Complete. She is 10 years old now, and eat as much as

adult. Does she need to take more enzymes or I need to give specific

enzyme to digest fibers? Any recommendation on brands and products?

She may not tolerate spinach, even with the enzymes.

Try adding No-Fenol, see if that helps.

Is she iron toxic?

Thank You,

I do not see any behaviour on spinach. Just see her stool is hung by

vegetable fiber. If she eats tometo, she keep on giggling without

reason and melt down. Not sure if she is iron toxic, she is mercury

toxic though. No-Fenol break down fibers?

No-Fenol many times can help with this.
