Guest guest
We stay on probiotics full time, but use the sacc b for two weeks, then take a break for two weeks. I know a few DANS that will go up to eight weeks, and then taking an equal amount off. Generally they dont recommend using it long term without a break. Karla > > > > > > Thanks!!! Guest guest
Saccharomyces boulardii is a strain of yeast that is used as a probiotic. Karla > >> > > > >> > > Thanks!!! Guest guest
Have heard this from a number of DANS. Im not sure if it creates an imbalance when used too long. We never had a problem, but the longest we ever used it was for a month. After that it was 2 wks on, 2 wks off. Karla > > > >> > > > > > >> > > Thanks!!!
